A321neo: Efficient. Capable. Now with 2 ACT Configuration!

We’re proud to announce that our A321 Long Range aircraft are now officially configured as A321neo with 2 Additional Center Tanks (ACTs) — offering the perfect balance between performance, efficiency, and passenger capacity.

🛫 What makes the A321neo so special?

The Airbus A321neo (New Engine Option) represents a significant evolution of the popular A321 platform. Thanks to its new-generation engines and advanced aerodynamics, the A321neo offers:

  • Reduced fuel consumption and lower CO₂ emissions

  • Extended range, ideal for long-thin routes

  • Quieter operations, making it friendlier for communities near airports

  • Improved passenger comfort through cabin optimizations

These features make it one of the most versatile single-aisle aircraft in the skies today — able to serve both high-demand short-haul routes and transcontinental missions.

⚙️ Why the 2 ACT Configuration?

The A321LR (Long Range) is typically equipped with three ACTs, enabling ultra-long range operations — but at a cost: space taken up by the third tank limits the aircraft to around 160–180 passengers.

Our new setup features only two ACTs, which still provide excellent range while allowing us to seat up to 235 passengers comfortably. This makes it a perfect match for our operational profile:

✈️ Maximum capacity with impressive reach — ideal for high-demand leisure and business routes across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.

All routes currently operated by our A321LR will seamlessly transition to this A321neo (2ACT) configuration. Flights booked in vAMSYS already reflect this change.

🎨 Coming soon: A fresh look!

To match the new configuration, we’ll soon release a dedicated FSLabs A321neo livery — stay tuned!
